Biden – Disastrous Student Loan Policies that America Can’t Afford

Biden’s Student Loan Gambit: Unbelievably Unfair!

Biden clearly believes in the saying, “If you rob Peter to pay Paul, you can usually count on Paul’s support.” …and his message to taxpayers… screw you!

If you paid your way through college… Sucker!

If you paid off your college loans… Sucker!

If you didn’t go to college and went to work to pay your way… Sucker!

For the sake of politics and votes (again), Biden is willing to screw taxpayers in exchange for possible votes from school loan deadbeats, illegal immigrants, domestic terrorists (on the left, of course), and misguided progressives who clearly don’t remember their history lessons.

This does NOT help make college more affordable; in fact, the incentive is the opposite.

This does NOT help with the budget deficit.

IF you are someone with a job, a taxpayer, someone who pays their debts, and someone who isn’t willing to engage in “mostly peaceful demonstrations,” you don’t belong in today’s Democrat Party.

Today’s progressive, left-wing leaders who have taken over the Democrat Party are pushing our country to the brink.

I hope folks wake up before election day!

Biden & Democrats Inflation: You’re welcome.

Higher prices at the gas pump.

Higher prices at the grocery store.

Higher rents and mortgage payments every month.

More government spending (buying votes – see above).

More borrowing and government debt (1 Trillion Dollars EVERY 100 Days).

Thank a Democrat… Who likes to pretend it’s not their fault!

Social Security and Medicare: Democrats lie.

Both President Trump and EVERY Republican in the House and Senate oppose cutting Social Security and Medicare.

This is a BOLD face lie. They are using a senator’s proposal to “sunset” federal laws as a proposal to cut Social Security and Medicare… It is NOT.

The Democrats are lying and will continue to lie because too many voters are gullible and are not paying attention.

Two-Tiered Justice System: If you’re a Democrat, say anything, do anything, or hide anything because voters apparently don’t mind?!? Not to mention friendly Democrat supporter judges who are willing to politicize the judiciary.

If Fani Willis ultimately stays on this case, it will be another blow to trust in our institutions AND, I think, a political (and possibly legal) gift to Trump. She is tainted and unprofessional. She abused her office, concealed evidence, tampered with witnesses, and lied to the court under oath. Willis remaining the face of this prosecution aids several Trump narratives.

This is a choice between integrity and corruption. When you represent the citizens, you need to be beyond reproach,” said DA candidate, Fani Willis.

Apparently NOT in Georgia!

It’s time to kill the Death Tax

Congress must pass the Death Tax Repeal Act

We’re all familiar with the grief and pain that comes with losing a loved one. Whether a death is unexpected or occurs after a long battle with an illness, families must make funeral arrangements, settle an estate, and manage any outstanding personal or business debts. The last thing families need is an enormous tax bill – known as the death tax – from the federal government after a family death.

Over 99% of our nation’s two million farms and ranches and over 95% of our nation’s small businesses are owned and operated by individuals and families. This means that nearly every farmer and small business owner – from Iowa to Florida – is impacted by this onerous tax. That’s why we recently introduced the Death Tax Repeal Act, which would permanently repeal the death tax, which imposes an unfair and costly tax on the transfer of property, land, and other assets from a deceased family member to heirs of family farms and small businesses.

Trump clarifies he will ‘never do anything’ to ‘jeopardize’ Social Security and Medicare

Former President Donald Trump clarified that he is not seeking to “jeopardize” Social Security or Medicare after causing a stir earlier this week.

“I will never do anything that will jeopardize or hurt Social Security or Medicare,” Trump, 77, told Breitbart in a wide-ranging interview at Mar-a-Lago. “We’ll have to do it elsewhere. But we’re not going to do anything to hurt them.”

“There’s so many things we can do,” Trump went on. “There’s so much cutting and so much waste in so many other areas, but I’ll never do anything to hurt Social Security.”

Trump tops Biden by 3 points in Michigan: Poll

Former President Trump leads President Biden by 3 points, 48 percent to 45 percent, in a hypothetical 2024 general election head-to-head match-up among registered voters in Michigan, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday.

The poll — which was conducted in the five days following Biden’s State of the Union address — saw Trump’s lead grow to 5 points when Michigan respondents were asked about a hypothetical five-candidate race, including Independent candidates Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Cornel West, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein.

In the five-person match-up, Trump received 41 percent of voter support, Biden received 36 percent, Kennedy received 10 percent, Stein received 4 percent, and West received 3 percent.

In the head-to-head match-up, Trump and Biden both receive strong support from their respective parties, with 94 percent of Republicans backing Trump and 93 percent of Democrats backing Biden. Independents are split among the two parties’ 2024 presumptive nominees, but lean toward Trump, with 46 percent for Trump and 42 percent for Biden.

Judge Questions Why Trump Was Only President Charged Over Handling Of Classified Material

The judge overseeing former President Donald Trump’s Florida case questioned during a Thursday hearing why he was the only president who has been charged over his handling of classified material, according to multiple reports.

During a hearing to consider various motions Trump filed to dismiss the case, Judge Aileen Cannon noted no former president had similarly faced criminal charges over the handling of classified material, according to NBC News. Trump’s attorneys brought up special counsel Robert Hur’s report finding evidence President Joe Biden willfully kept classified documents, but declining to charge him, according to CNN.

“Even with other former presidents, there was never a situation remotely similar to this one,” prosecutor Jay Bratt told Cannon, according to CNN.

House May Refer January 6 Committee Members for Prosecution

House Oversight Committee chairman Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) said Wednesday that he may refer members of the January 6 Committee to the Department of Justice for criminal prosecution for hiding and destroying documents.

Loudermilk has been investigating the work of the January 6 Committee, and discovered last year that the Committee had destroyed documents and other records, despite being warned by then-incoming Speaker of the House Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to preserve all of the evidence it had collected in months of investigations and closed-door testimony.

He told John Solomon of JusttheNews.com that it was possible members of the committee could face prosecution:

The House Republican leading the current review of security and intelligence failures during the 2021 Capitol riot put former lawmakers and staff on the now-defunct Democrat-run Jan. 6 committee on notice Wednesday that he may make referrals for criminal obstruction or House ethics violations.

16 female athletes including Riley Gaines sue NCAA for allowing men into women’s locker rooms, competitions

16 female athletes have launched a class action lawsuit against the National Collegiate Athletics Association over the allowance of trans-identified males into female locker rooms and competitions.

According to The Free Press, at the center of the suit is former UPenn swimmer and trans-identified male Lia Thomas, who rose to prominence over the 2022 swimming season, culminating in a 2022 NCAA Swimming Championships win.

The suit states that the NCAA as well as Georgia Tech, which hosted the 2022 event, violated Title IX, and demanded that the NCAA revoke all awards given to trans-identified male athletes in women’s competitions and give those awards to the female that would have come in their place.

The suit also seeks to block biological males from female competition, and seeks “damages for pain and suffering, mental and emotional distress, suffering and anxiety, expense costs and other damages due to defendants’ wrongful conduct.”

Virginia Gov Youngkin vetoes Dem bill forcing diversity disclosure requirements on businesses

‘A truly egalitarian approach should focus on attracting businesses to the Commonwealth,’ says Youngkin

Republican Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin on Thursday vetoed legislation requiring companies to disclose their internal diversity when applying for tax breaks or state incentives.

The legislation — recently passed by the Virginia state legislature by slim party-line votes — would require the state’s Major Employment and Investment (MEI) Commission to consider the diversity of an applicant business’ board of directors when approving MEI incentive projects. Youngkin said such a requirement would harm investment in the state and simultaneously overlook the achievements of minority groups.

“The Commission’s role is to scrutinize financing for individual incentive packages, not assessing whether a business adheres to a requirement akin to a demographic-based quota,” Youngkin said in a statement shared with Fox News Digital. “Such requirements could deter companies from investing in the Commonwealth, especially privately or family-owned enterprises which may find themselves wholly precluded.”

“The quota-like system overlooks the achievements of women and minorities in their own right,” he continued. “Both groups have made significant strides in representation on boards and mandating specific demographic composition risks undermining their accomplishments.”

West Point’s Removal of These Three Words From Its Mission Statement Is Not Going Over Well

The U.S. Military Academy at West Point is being sharply criticized over its updated mission statement, which omits three words long associated with the institution.

The new statement proposed to senior Army leadership reads, “To build, educate, train, and inspire the Corps of Cadets to be commissioned leaders of character committed to the Army Values and ready for a lifetime of service to the Army and Nation,” removing retired Gen. Douglas MacArthur’s “duty, honor, country.”

In a statement announcing the change, Lt. Gen. Steve Gilland, West Point’s superintendent, emphasized that even though these three words no longer appear, they continue to be “foundational to the United States Military Academy’s culture and will always remain our motto.”

“It defines who we are as an institution and as graduates of West Point,” he added. “These three hallowed words are the hallmark of the cadet experience and bind the Long Gray Line together across our great history.
