Biden Losing in ALL Seven Battleground States

Joe Biden’s Got a Problem:  A big one!

In a poll this week, Trump beat Biden in all seven of the potential key battleground states in a head-to-head matchup.

He’s pissed off the Arab American community with his support of Middle Eastern wars…and this affects more than just Michigan.

He’s too old and feeble… This is NOT an age issue; it’s a competency issue. Just compare him and Trump on their border visits this week.

Biden’s open border policy is not only causing a crime wave across America… Now our children are being killed…and he can fix it by Executive Order… Just like he opened it.

Biden’s finances are coming to light. Even Hunter finally admitted he’s the “big guy” and this career politician didn’t make his money the old-fashioned way.

Biden’s document scandal is real… Unlike Trump, he has NO excuse or authority to have, hold, or share the TOP SECRET documents he kept in his garage and/or university storage facilities.

Biden’s green new deal is failing. It costs too much. It’s destroying the domestic automobile industry. It’s raising the cost of living for average Americans. It uses child labor to mine minerals, which they ignore. It’s a disaster.

Trump leads Biden in seven swing states as more than 80% say president, 81, is ‘too old’: poll

Former President Donald Trump is leading President Biden in seven key battleground states — as more than 80% of registered voters in those states think the 81-year-old incumbent is “too old” for office, a new poll has found.

Trump, 77, is besting Biden among registered voters in Arizona (49%-43%), Georgia (49%-43%), Michigan (46%-44%), Nevada (48%-42%), North Carolina (50%-41%), Pennsylvania (49%-43%) and Wisconsin (46%-42%), according to a Bloomberg News/Morning Consult swing-state voter survey published Thursday.

Across the seven states, Trump leads Biden by five percentage points, 48% to 43%.

The 45th president still beats out Biden in a five-way ballot test, with Trump getting 43% support and Biden receiving 37% of the vote. Independent Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the top third-party candidate, getting 9% of the vote, while fellow independent Cornel West and Green Party candidate Jill Stein got 1% each.

When asked to describe the two major-party candidates, 82% of respondents said either Biden alone or “both candidates” were too old for office. By contrast, just 47% said either Trump alone or “both candidates” had aged out of the presidency.

Democrats’ double freakout

Democratic fears are rising again about a general election matchup between President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump. There are two immediate reasons: 1) a new batch of polls showing Biden losing to Trump in every — yes, every — key swing state, and 2) new fears that Biden Justice Department-appointed special counsel Jack Smith might not be able to put Trump on trial and convict him before the Nov. 5 election. Together, they’re causing a double freakout among some Democrats and their allies in the media.

First the polls. Starting a week ago, Emerson College and the Hill released a series of swing-state polls, covering Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, Arizona, Michigan, and Wisconsin. The polls showed Trump leading Biden in each state: +6 in Georgia, +3 in North Carolina, +6 in Nevada, +3 in Arizona, +2 in Michigan, and +3 in Wisconsin.

Perhaps some were inclined to dismiss the results. After all, it was just one poll by one company. But now comes another set of polls, of the same states plus Pennsylvania, conducted by Bloomberg and Morning Consult. And the results are just as bad for Biden: Trump leads in every state. The new results are Trump +6 in Georgia, +9 in North Carolina, +6 in Nevada, +6 in Arizona, +2 in Michigan, +4 in Wisconsin, and +6 in Pennsylvania.

Now there have been two polls, by two different organizations, in quick succession, examining the same states. And not just any states — the states that will play decisive roles in the November election. It is fair to say that if a candidate wins these states, that candidate will be the next president. And Biden is running behind Trump in all of them.

It’s not like this is the first bad news Biden has gotten from the key states. Four months ago, in November 2023, the party went into a frenzy when a series of New York Times-Siena College polls showed Trump leading Biden in five of six key states. The problem now, with the new polling, is: It hasn’t gotten any better.

‘Uncommitted’ protest vote in Michigan primary is warning Biden cannot ignore

Michigan voters have sent a clear warning to the White House that Joe Biden’s support for Israel’s war in Gaza could cost him dearly in the presidential election in November.

Activists encouraged people voting in Tuesday’s Democratic primary to withhold their votes from President Biden and instead mark the box marked “uncommitted” as a protest. More than 100,000 voters did just that.

The protest vote – while a sharp rebuke – poses no immediate danger to Mr Biden, who still won the contest with 81% of the vote. He’s the incumbent president and has no serious challenger from within his party, so he can’t lose the race to choose the Democratic candidate.

But what if all the people who withheld their support from him this time don’t come out to vote for him in the general election? That could be decisive.

Every vote counts in a key swing state that the US president almost certainly needs to win to have a shot at a second term. In 2016, for example, Hillary Clinton lost Michigan to Donald Trump by fewer than 11,000 ballots.

After years of denials, Hunter Biden FINALLY acknowledged Joe was ‘the big guy’ in $5M China deal

At long last, first son Hunter Biden affirmed during his Wednesday impeachment inquiry deposition that his father, Joe, was “the big guy” referenced in an email about a business deal with a Chinese state-linked energy firm that yielded millions for Biden family members and other associates, more than three years after The Post broke the story — but rejected the notion that the president was ever penciled in for a 10% stake.

The deposition represents the first time the 54-year-old Hunter has admitted that his former business partner James Gilliar was referring to Joe Biden when he raised the prospect on May 13, 2017, of the first son holding a 10% stake in the lucrative joint venture involving CEFC China Energy “for the big guy.”

“I truly don’t know what the hell that James was talking about,” the first son said when asked about the reference, according to a transcript released Thursday.

“All I know is … what actually happened.”

The email, found on Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop, was first reported by The Post in October 2020 as part of a bombshell series of reports on the first son’s influence-peddling schemes.

MSNBC Legal Analyst: Free Speech Could Be Americas “Achilles Heel”

We have been discussing the alarming shift in higher education in favor of censorship and speech regulations. These voices have been amplified on media platforms like MSNBC which has championed efforts to censor people and groups on social media and other forums. The most recent example is the interview of University of Michigan Law Professor and MSNBC legal analyst Barbara McQuade by Rachel Maddow. In the interview, McQuade explains how the First Amendment is the “Achilles Heel” of the United States and why the public needs to embrace greater limitations on free speech.

Professor McQuade has published a book entitled Attack from Within: How Disinformation is Sabotaging America. Despite my strong disagreements with her views on free speech, I am sure that it will be an important contribution to this debate. My forthcoming book, The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in the Age of Rage, takes a diametrically opposed view on the meaning and history of free speech in America.

In the interview, McQuade recognizes the importance of free speech while emphasizing its dangers.

“Actually, Rachel, I think we’re more susceptible to it than other countries, and that’s because some of our greatest strengths can also be our Achilles Heel. So, for example, our deep commitment to free speech in our First Amendment. It is a cherished right. It’s an important right in democracy, and nobody wants to get rid of it, but it makes us vulnerable to claims [that] anything we want to do related to speech is censorship.”

Democratic climate policies have utility bills soaring

The radical and unnecessary climate policies being pursued by Democrats may not be doing much to save the planet, but they are putting a large dent in the wallets of people living in Democratic-run areas.

New York, Massachusetts, and California are among the states seeing soaring energy prices as all three states pursue the kinds of terrible energy policies that climate activists want foisted upon people. California is seeing its highest rate hikes since the 1970s, driven by the rapid transition to renewable energy that left the state’s grid failing and reliant on “dirty” fossil fuels and nuclear energy. The cost of California’s renewable energy transformation is estimated to be up to $370 billion by 2045. For reference, that is more than California’s annual budget.

New York is also lagging on its climate goals as costs rise, leaving the state to use $200 million in taxpayer dollars to aid in paying people’s utility bills. New York is considering legislatively capping utility costs at 6% of income for low-income families, while coastal California Democrats want to repeal the proposal that would saddle higher-income households with a larger chunk of energy costs after their constituents complained.

These states have continued to shoot themselves in the foot through their overambitious and unrealistic goals. New York has lost two years of progress after several offshore wind contracts fell through, thanks to the rising utility bill costs for residents. California has had to backtrack wildly on its renewable energy plan and reembrace nuclear energy and natural gas to spare California Democrats from the embarrassment of the regular rolling blackouts that afflicted the state for years.

Joe Biden’s White House Begins Referring to Illegal Aliens as ‘Newcomers’

President Joe Biden’s White House has begun referring to border crossers and illegal aliens as “newcomers and “people who are in the country” — a terminology distinction that conflicts with federal immigration law.

On Thursday — while promoting a Senate bill to preserve his catch and release network at the United States-Mexico border — Biden’s White House made a passing reference to border crossers and illegal aliens, calling them “newcomers” to the U.S.

The White House fact sheet on the Senate bill reads:

The bill also includes $1.4 billion for cities and states who are providing critical services to newcomers, and would expedite work permits for people who are in the country and qualify. [Emphasis added]

Earlier this month, in a similar press release on the Senate bill, Biden’s White House touted billions that the legislation would provide to cities and states accepting these so-called “newcomers.”

The Biden administration has made it a point to rid the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) of all references to “illegal aliens” or “illegal immigrants,” instead demanding officials use “more inclusive” terms like “noncitizens” and “undocumented individual.”

NYC migrant moped gang ringleader makes chilling admission about crime network: ‘It’s much bigger than me’

The migrant moped gangs terrorizing the Big Apple are part of an illicit network of hoods peddling stolen goods from the five boroughs in Florida — and shipping the proceeds to South America, law enforcement sources told The Post.

“It’s much bigger than me,” accused migrant ringleader Franco Alexander Peraza Navas allegedly told the NYPD after getting nabbed for a string of local heists.

“In a million years, I never thought you’d catch me,” Navas, 30, allegedly told detectives. “I’ve been going to Miami every three weeks. And it’s much bigger than me.”

The Venezuelan migrant is allegedly part of a crew that has been linked to robberies throughout New York City, Yonkers, New Jersey and Florida — and tied to an illegal gun used in a Fort Lauderdale heist on Dec. 9, the sources said.

The same gun was used in a $279,000 robbery at Solid Gold Jewelry in Manhattan on Nov. 22.

Trump hired me to find election fraud in Arizona. Here’s what I found instead

Opinion: Donald Trump and Kari Lake claim election fraud in Arizona, but the numbers tell a vastly different story.

The baseless cries of voter fraud by failed gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake weren’t just a redundant mimicry of former President Donald Trump’s claims that voter fraud cost him the 2020 election in Arizona.

They are aspersions that are easily proven as false.

It amazes me that the most straightforward explanations for Trump’s loss are overlooked. After recounts, audits and even the Cyber Ninjas, no one has brought forward a credible and provable claim of massive voter fraud in Arizona.

And let’s be clear: There is no evidence that Arizona election officials certified the wrong winner in 2020 or 2022, even with the races being as close as they were. Trump lost by less than 11,000 votes.

I should know. I’m the man the Trump campaign hired to find those fraudulent votes.

I only found a handful of fraudulent votes

The day after the election, I was asked to look for dead and duplicate voters for every mail ballot cast in each of the swing states in 2020: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
