Obama’s FBI Spied on Trump Campaign

Have we reached the ultimate stage of absurdity where some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, while others are not held responsible for what they themselves are doing today?  If you cannot achieve equality of performance among people born to the same parents and raised under the same roof, how realistic is it to expect to achieve it across broader and deeper social divisions?

Obama’s FBI Spied: And so it starts. The first guilty plea is expected as an FBI agent admits he falsified information to get a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign. The “Russian Hoax” (as it has been so accurately described) is finally coming to light.

This should NEVER happen to ANY American campaign, of any party, ever.

Obamagate starts…pay attention. Your civil liberties are at stake!

Check out RepublicanAds.com: So here is a cool concept that should help “democratize” politics.

At last the fightback against censorship and de-platforming of conservative candidates and causes by social and mainstream media monopolies can properly begin with the arrival of the new self-serve digital advertising platform RepublicanAds.com – the free speech platform.

Everywhere, conservatives are being censored. Everyone from small moms’ groups to national right to life campaigns – and from state legislative candidates to even our President – Republicans and their allies are being blocked by the liberal Democrats’ Big Tech Silicon Valley socialist friends at Facebook, Google and Twitter who are frightened of the truth. It is more important than ever for Republicans and their allies to be able to reach voters across all available digital services – and focus less on single-source media buys.

Now, for the very first time through RepublicanAds.com, conservative candidates and groups both big and small have the ability to go far “Beyond Facebook” with their media buys while avoiding the censorship of Big Tech. RepublicanAds.com is a self-service ad targeting platform delivering bespoke campaign messages to specific groups of voters within a selected geography over all digital platforms – appearing simultaneously across cellphone apps, mobile browsers, social media, desktop and streaming TV/ video.

RepublicanAds.com is fully enabled to target digital ads using the most accurate voter data sources including DataTrust/GOP Data Center, other leading voter file providers, and even a campaign’s bespoke data custom-matched for their use. This ensures users ads are served to their target audience wherever they may be on the internet and to no one else.

By matching validated and bespoke voter data with IP addresses, browser cookies and mobile IDs RepublicanAds.com is the conservative smart tech solution bypassing the media and online platforms of the Big Tech Silicon Valley liberal elites. It enables any conservative to run their own, cost effective and winning digital ad campaign without spending their ad budget filling the pockets of those who are actively muffling conservative voices.

Protests vs Riots: “Right to Peaceably Assemble” is granted. “Right to Vandalize, Destroy Public & Private Property, Assault, Injure, Kill, Inflict Fear, Public Nuisance & Hide – These & Other Criminal Behaviors Under Cover of Angry Mobs” is not.

Obamagate: The weaponization of both domestic and foreign intelligence against a presidential campaign from a sitting administration solely for political purposes to prevent the smooth transition of power and weaken his presidency to limit his legislative successes.

That’s what Obamagate is all about…they spied, they lied and tried to cover it up.

This should NEVER happen to ANY American…there should be bipartisan outrage!!!

Ex-FBI Lawyer To Plead Guilty In Durham Probe To Altering Email About Carter Page

A former FBI attorney will plead guilty to making false statements in documents used to obtain a surveillance warrant against former Trump aide Carter Page, his lawyer told the Associated Press Friday.

The guilty plea from Kevin Clinesmith is the first legal action taken in an investigation led by John Durham, a U.S. attorney looking into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe and other intelligence-gathering activities related to the Trump campaign.

Clinesmith’s lawyer, Justin Shur, told the Associated Press that his client will plead guilty to a single false statements charge as part of a cooperation agreement with the government.

The New York Times first reported that Clinesmith was entering the plea deal and would be charged in federal court.

Israel, UAE reach historic peace deal: ‘We can make a wonderful future’

Third-ever peace treaty between Israel and an Arab state includes embassies, direct flights; agreement “suspends” annexation, but Netanyahu says: “I will never give up on our right to our land.”

Israel and the UAE agreed to full normalization of relations in a phone call with US President Donald Trump on Thursday, marking the first peace treaty between Israel and an Arab country in 25 years.

Israel agreed to suspend its planned extension of sovereignty over parts of Judea and Samaria to facilitate relations with the UAE and potentially other Arab and Muslim countries.

Kamala Harris Is Far Worse Than Hillary Clinton

Making someone as extreme as Kamala Harris a president-in-waiting is a bone-chilling prospect. No conservative or moderate should support it.

In part company with some of my colleagues in that I don’t find Kamala Harris personally irritating. She’s attractive, youthful (she looks 15 years younger than her actual age, which is 55), and presentable. Her voice is neither a hectoring Midwestern drone (like Hillary Clinton’s) nor does it have the prissy professorial condescension of Elizabeth Warren’s. Her voice is fine, albeit a bit nasally.

It’s Harris’s policies that repel me. While I tend to view “Flight 93” thinking as hyperbolic, she does present a major threat to the constitutional order, to the economy, and to established norms. Moreover, she stands an excellent chance of succeeding Biden to the presidency should their ticket be elected in November. Kamala Harris poses a far greater danger to the Republic than Hillary Clinton. Anyone who calls himself a conservative should recognize this.

Harris’s platform is so far to the left of the mainstream that she makes Mrs. Clinton, a hero to the Left for several decades, look moderate.

Yes, This Is a Revolution

The battle for the survival of the United States of America is upon us. It has not come in the form of traditional civil war. There are no uniformed armies, competing flags, or alternate constitutions. The great showdown is not being fought within the physical limits of a battlefield. It is instead happening all around us and directly to us. It defines our culture, sustains our media, and gives new shape to our public and private institutions. In this fight, there is no distinction between what was once known as the culture war and politics rightly understood. The confrontation stretches through time and space, reframing our distant past even as it transforms the horizon, erupting from coast to coast, and constraining our lives in subtle and obvious ways. And it’s happening too fast for us to take its full measure.

For partisans, it often feels as if everything stands or falls on the ideological battles of the day. But this is different. This is objectively real, and it’s remaking the nation before our eyes.

We know it’s different this time because the stakes are continually articulated by the enemies of the current order. They are demanding, and in some cases getting, a new and exotic country. The police are indeed being defunded. The statues are coming down. The heretics are being outed. The dissenters are being silenced. The buildings are burning, and the demands are ever growing.

The Thin Veneer of American Civilization

In a flash, it’s been blown away, revealing the barbarism beneath. The seeds of destruction were planted long ago.

Nine months ago, New York was a thriving, though poorly governed, metropolis. It was coasting on the more or less good governance of its prior two mayors and on its ancestral role as the global nexus of finance and capital.

The city is now something out of a postmodern apocalyptic movie, reeling from the effects of a neutron bomb. Ditto in varying degrees Minneapolis, Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco — the anti-broken-windows metropolises of America. Walking in San Francisco today reminds me of visiting Old Cairo in 1973, although the latter lacked the needles and feces of the former.

Walking in San Francisco today reminds me of visiting Old Cairo in 1973, although the latter lacked the needles and feces of the former.

At the present increasing rate of police defunding, homeless encampments, the emptying of jails and prisons, the green-lighting of rioting and vandalism, the flight of the wealthy, the revolutionary change to Skype/Zoom tele-working, and the exodus of upper-middle-class liberal families to safe houses in the New York and New England countryside, once beautiful New York City is in danger of becoming the nation’s aneurysm. That is, after the “recovery,” it and other blue cities may be seen as permanent weak veins and arteries prone to sudden fatal hemorrhaging that could implode at any moment, and thus may become metaphorically tied off, as the country reroutes around them.

In the old days of 2019, tolerant Americans more or less accepted that finely crafted statues of sometimes less than inspiring and formerly illustrious (to some) heroes were part of our history. For example, integral to California’s rich historical culture were its missions, acknowledged by Father Serra’s numerous eponymous streets and statues. No one in his right mind believed that renaming a mall named Serra at Stanford University would help mitigate the weekend murder rate in Chicago or the endemic poverty of illegal aliens in my own neighborhood.

National Media Refuse To Cover Murder Of 5-Year-Old Because It Doesn’t Fit Their Racial Narrative

It is a story that shocks the conscience. Even amid all of the death and atrocity in the world, it stands out, and sticks with you. Five-year-old Cannon Hinnant was murdered in cold blood this past Sunday while out riding a bike in front of his father’s house. The alleged killer, Darius Sessoms, was witnessed walking right up to the child, putting the gun to his head, and pulling the trigger. An execution at point blank range, of a small child, in front of his sisters who were also playing outside at the time.

Sessoms initially fled the scene but was caught hours later. It is still not known why he allegedly committed this unspeakable atrocity, though at one level it doesn’t matter. It is obviously a hideous evil no matter the motivation. But you cannot help but ask why, especially when you realize that Sessoms was the next door neighbor, and according to some witnesses, he had just been over for dinner the night before. Whatever the answer to the “why” question — and I suspect we may never be given a coherent one — a beautiful and joyful child has been taken from the world, and the hole left in his absence will never be filled. That is one thing we know for sure.

The six political states of Michigan

How did Michigan become a defining swing state of the Trump era? Some of it had to do with history, both the state’s 20-year stretch of Democratic wins and the revived conservatism of Detroit’s suburbs. Plenty had to do with the margin — fewer than 11,000 votes out of nearly 4.8 million cast and counted. Donald Trump filled in the gaps, arguing that his opposition to the NAFTA free-trade deal had broken the old Democratic coalition, as the state’s Democrats seemed to warn it could when they gave Bernie Sanders a narrow primary win over Hillary Clinton.

But Trump’s appeal in the state may have been overrated. As about 280,000 disgruntled Michiganders picked third-party candidates, he won with just 47.3 percent of vote. (Fewer than 70,000 voters backed third parties in 2012.) Trump did not hold rallies in the state during the 2018 midterms, when Democrats swept every statewide office, picked up two House seats, and passed ballot measures that legalized marijuana and expanded voting rights.

The Trump campaign is still advertising in Michigan, but both parties now view the state as harder than Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, the other crucial 2016 states, to keep in the Republican camp. On her way to defeat, Hillary Clinton underperformed in Detroit, shed the party’s traditional strength in smaller cities and made uneven gains in suburbs.

Democrats have spent nearly four years compensating for it. The politics of the coronavirus, which found Republicans encouraging protests of Democratic Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s emergency orders, revealed how the president’s Michigan coalition was highly visible but heavily outnumbered. But some places Democrats used to count on have moved right, despite the president’s swooning poll numbers.

“In places like downriver, south of Detroit, and places like Bay City and Saginaw, there are lots of Trump supporters — Gods, guns, and guts type of Democrats,” said former state GOP chairman Saul Anuzis. “The higher-end manufacturing communities came out strong for him, too.”

I Started Khan Academy. We Can Still Avoid an Education Catastrophe.

Virtual school will never be a perfect replacement for in-person learning, but there’s a lot of room for improvement.

It is becoming clear that many of our nation’s children could be attending school from home for this school year and possibly longer. If educators and families aren’t empowered with the right support and tools, this will evolve from an education crisis to an education catastrophe.

As the founder of the philanthropically funded nonprofit Khan Academy, which provides free online exercises, videos and software to over 100 million users in 46 languages, I’m something of a poster child for online learning. It all started 16 years ago, when I was working as an analyst at a hedge fund in Boston and learned that my then-12-year-old cousin Nadia — who was visiting for my wedding — was struggling with math. She lived in New Orleans, so I offered to do distance tutoring with her every day. It helped her catch up with her class within a few months. Word soon spread in my family that free tutoring was available, and by 2006 I was working with 15 cousins and family friends in my limited spare time. I decided to make math practice software and videos to help even more. Before I knew it, people who were not my cousins started using those materials. Fast forward to today and that family side project has become my life’s mission: to provide a free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere.

Despite all this, I’ll be the first to say that for most students, distance learning can’t replace a great in-person experience. Pure distance-learning is suboptimal, but we have to do it out of necessity because of the pandemic. I have been working with teachers over the last several months and together we have realized that lesson plans designed for in-person classes don’t work in this coronavirus world.

The lessons are falling short in terms of the social-emotional experience that school should provide. Remember that school is where most of us developed our deepest friendships, were inspired or motivated by amazing teachers and learned to collaborate with others. Because every aspect of a child’s life has become more “distanced” during the pandemic, there’s an even higher burden on distance-learning to emphasize human connection.

As schools move online, parents seek other options

While school choice may not have been a huge concern for some Michigan families in the past, I’m guessing that many more parents and students are paying greater attention to their educational options.

COVID-19 has created significant disruptions to both schools and the families who depend on them. As more traditional public school districts around the state announce plans to move online only this fall, parents and students deserve as many choices as possible to meet their individual needs.

Private and charter schools are reporting higher interest levels, boosted enrollment and waiting lists as more of these schools pursue in-person learning. The state’s 14 virtual charters are experiencing a similar trend, and they can’t keep up with the demand given enrollment limits, self-imposed or set by their authorizers. Parents are also turning more toward homeschooling, after getting a feel for it this spring.

“We’re seeing a lot of movement in our enrollment,” says Wendy Hofman, head of school at Lansing Christian School. “We anticipate seeing more movement than we’ve ever seen. People are voting with their feet.”

How is Antifa getting away with it? They were already prepared with a Soros-backed army of lawyers

The Bernie bros—otherwise known as Antifa—are gearing up in the event President Trump wins re-election.

As we’ve already seen, all it took was a spark—in this case, the death of George Floyd—to give the far-left an excuse to tear stuff down. Many people wonder how these Antifa thugs keep getting away with murder…figuratively and literally.

Thank a group called the National Lawyers Guild.

After Trump’s initial win in 2016, the number of people signing on to the group skyrocketed, and people who are affiliated with the Sanders presidential campaign are predicting an explosion of street violence should the president win again, according to a commentary in The Tennessee Star from March.

The writer was clearly a prophet as we have seen since the Floyd death.

Antifa seems to riot with impunity. Clearly the far-left loons in Antifa are unafraid of legal consequences and it appears that the group had a legal team in place to handle whatever legal problems arose prior to these intense riots.

Your Suburb or Your Roads: Biden Will Do in One or the Other

In the name of fighting what he calls “sprawl,” Joe Biden has promised to hold hostage $12 billion in Surface Transportation Block Grants to the states unless they agree to abolish suburban single-family zoning. This follows a strategy devised by Senator Cory Booker and House majority whip James Clyburn. Under the Biden plan, America’s suburbs must reject their way of life and opt for high-density, urban-style development instead — or suffer the consequences. By holding Surface Transportation Grants hostage, Biden will effectively turbo-charge the already draconian anti-suburban strategy embodied in the Obama–Biden administration’s massively overreaching AFFH (Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing) regulation. The result will be the end of America’s suburbs as we know them.

The Opportunity Solutions Project, a state-level think tank in Florida, has just issued a report by Chase Martin exploring some implications of Biden’s coercive housing strategy. The report is entitled, “America’s Neighborhoods under Attack: How the Biden Plan Threatens More Than $12 Billion In Transportation Funding for Already-Tapped States.”

Martin’s report provides important context for Biden’s anti-suburban plans. The report begins by explaining that Medicaid spending by states has more than tripled in the last two decades, growing from $184 billion in 2000 to more than $600 billion in 2018. That has crowded out state spending on education, public safety, and transportation. Federal Surface Transportation Block Grants are designed to help fill in the funding gaps. Yet this leaves cash-strapped states with little choice but to accept any conditions placed on the grants. The alternative is to see serious deterioration in state roads, along with massive job loss among the hundreds of thousands of workers nationally who build and repair roads, or provide supplies for that repair.

Martin then reviews the history of the use of federal transportation funding to coerce various state-level policies. Such actions are rare, but not unprecedented. In 1974, in the face of a nationwide fuel shortage, Congress and President Nixon demanded that states adopt a 55 miles per hour speed limit or face loss of federal transportation funding. The states complied. A year later, federal transportation funds were conditioned on the adoption of a requirement to wear motorcycle helmets. In 1984, President Reagan demanded that states adopt a drinking age of 21, and this conditioning was upheld by the Supreme Court in South Dakota v. Dole. In 1995, a Republican Congress forced President Clinton to undo both the de facto national speed limit and helmet law. As Martin points out, however, at least these requirements bore some relationship to transportation.

Newt Gingrich: Biden vs. suburbs — here’s how Dem plan would declare war on American dream

The longer presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Vice President Joe Biden stays hidden in his basement, the further away he gets from everyday Americans.

Only the left can get to him in his basement, and the result is a steady slide to politically disastrous positions.

His most recent attack on the American people was his endorsement (or borrowing) of the Cory Booker-James Clyburn plan to use the federal government to destroy the suburbs by forcing changes imposed by Washington bureaucrats. The plan would seek to diversify American suburbs by withholding federal dollars from communities that do not change local zoning ordinances to accommodate denser housing.

Now, this policy is opposed by 65% of all Americans, with just 23% favoring government playing a role in diversifying neighborhoods, according to Rasmussen Reports. Among Democrats, 56% say it’s not the government’s job to dictate local community plans – along with 73% of Republicans and 68% of independents.

Federal Court Rules California Gun Magazine Ban and Confiscation Scheme Unconstitutional

A federal appeals court ruled on Friday that California’s ban on the possession of ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds violates the Second Amendment.

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed U.S. District Judge Roger T. Benitez’s 2019 ruling against the ban on magazines holding more than 10 rounds. The 2-1 decision asserted the magazine ban, which made both future sales of affected magazines and the possession of those already legally purchased punishable by up to a year in jail, was incompatible with Supreme Court precedent on gun-rights guarantees in the U.S. Constitution. Judge Kenneth Lee, joined by Judge Connie Callahan, said the ban violated Californians’ right to self-defense.

“California’s near-categorical ban of [large-capacity magazines] strikes at the core of the Second Amendment—the right to armed self-defense,” Lee wrote in the opinion for the court. “Armed self-defense is a fundamental right rooted in tradition and the text of the Second Amendment. Indeed, from pre-colonial times to today’s post-modern era, the right to defend hearth and home has remained paramount. California’s law imposes a substantial burden on this right to self-defense.”

Demonizing Trump Supporters Only Strengthens Their Resolve

A recent seemingly insignificant news story disturbingly reveals the intensity of the American left’s intolerance and authoritarianism. Coupled with the left’s ongoing mission to destroy our cities, this is an ominous sign of what America will look like if the Democratic ticket wins the presidency.

The story was under the headline “Brett Favre Faced Social Media Backlash Thanks to Donald Trump.” After detailing Favre’s NFL quarterback accomplishments, the writer gets to the point: “Favre may have faced criticism for how he handled his few final seasons with Green Bay, but it hadn’t damaged his reputation as one of the all-time greats. However, he may have just made a choice that will alter how many perceive him off the field away from football.” Favre’s reputation “may have taken a significant hit with what he did by playing golf with President Donald Trump.”

Favre faced serious hate and backlash on social media, according to the writer. “There are reasons for people to pile on that choice as some believe Trump is the representation of disappointing flaws, both morally and ethically, during his presidency,” he says. “Regardless of what Favre does moving forward, he will forever be associated with the president. It may have only been a picture, but a picture in many ways can say a thousand words.”
