Biden and the Democrats let the genie out of the bottle and they can’t figure out how to put it back.
This key block of voters (particularly in battleground states) can make a HUGE difference.

Biden Democrats are Corrupting the American Legal System
The Joe Biden Democrats’ effort to wage lawfare to attack their opponents is shocking. It is beyond anything we have ever seen in the American system.
This goes far beyond the obvious, stunningly visible assault on President Donald Trump in four jurisdictions (New York, District of Columbia, Georgia, and Florida).
Just ask No Labels’ leaders. They have worked diligently to get their movement on the ballot of every state. They will tell you that Democrats have used the legal system to drain No Labels’ money and time to simply prevent them from getting ballot. The No Labels effort is being opposed by what might be called a “no competitors” strategy of the Biden Democrats.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been hit with an even more insidious legal maneuver. As Mark Steyn observed:
“[A] man with the highest name-recognition in American history, mainly because his father and his uncle were both assassinated, has been denied Secret Service protection by personal order of his own party’s Homeland Security Secretary. Robert F Kennedy Jr is the first candidate to have his security application rejected in fifty-five years …which is to say since his namesake dad was killed.
Political, Economic Indicators Not Promising for Biden
Several key indicators of the 2024 election environment indicate that President Joe Biden faces an uphill climb to win a second term. His job approval rating, Americans’ satisfaction with how things are going in the country and their confidence in the economy are below the levels associated with successful reelection bids in recent elections.
While Democrats hold a slight edge in national party identification and partisan leanings, that advantage is smaller than what it has been in past presidential elections won by Democratic incumbents.
In less direct measures of the electoral environment, Americans are more inclined to say that they are worse off financially, that it is harder to buy things and that the U.S. is as respected throughout the world as it was before Biden took office.
Biden’s fate will ultimately be determined by whether Americans’ views on these metrics improve over the course of the year (as they did for Bill Clinton in 1996 and Barack Obama in 2012), stay the same or get worse (as they did for George H.W. Bush in 1992 and Donald Trump in 2020).
More Chinese migrants now crossing San Diego border than Mexican nationals: report
Thousands of Chinese nationals are being arrested for illegally crossing the besieged southern border near San Diego each week, presenting a significant security risk, according to sources.
Border agents have encountered 21,000 Chinese nationals illegally entering the US in just one border sector in California since October – a higher number than even Mexicans arrested, which numbered 18,700, according to information obtained by Fox News.
The number of Chinese nationals crossing into the US has exploded and in the 2023 fiscal year, which ended in September, CBP officials apprehended 24,048 Chinese migrants at the US-Mexico border — a record high.
That was over ten times the 1,970 arrests recorded in 2022 and a more than 7,000% increase from 2021 when just 323 Chinese nationals crossed the border during strict pandemic travel bans and lockdowns.
The influx has sparked national security concerns that some have been sent by the Chinese government as spies.
America Can’t Afford Bidenomics
One recent headline proclaimed “Voters are finally noticing that Bidenomics is working.” But just 30 percent of Americans think the economy is doing well. When asked who would handle the economy better, people give former president Donald Trump a 22-point advantage over President Biden.
Challenges include increasing part-time employment in recent months, declining household employment in three of the last four months for a net decline of 398,000 job holders, mounting public debt burdens, and declining real wages, which have fallen by 4.4 percent since January 2021.
Why these results? Bidenomics is based on costly Keynesian boom-and-bust policies. With so much whiplash, it’s no wonder people are conflicted about the economy.
Trump says long VP shortlist includes Tim Scott, Ron DeSantis, Vivek Ramaswamy
The former president suggested his choice of running mate is still wide open but singled out Tim Scott for praise.
Former President Donald Trump suggested Tuesday that at least half a dozen names are on his vice presidential shortlist — a list ranging from South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott to Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.
During a Fox News town hall event, host Laura Ingraham asked Trump about six possible choices for his running mate: DeSantis, Scott, biotech entrepreneur and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Florida Rep. Byron Donalds, South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem and Gabbard.
“Are they all on your shortlist?” she asked.
“They are,” Trump said, before adding: “Honestly all of those people are good. They’re all good, they’re all solid.”
A Tree Fell in Washington, But No One Heard It
Independent journalists Michael Shellenberger, Matt Taibbi, and Alex Gutentag published an article on the Substack site Public last week that, if true, would prove the hoax of the century. Of course, the story was greeted with a shrug by the legacy media.
The trio reported that “multiple credible sources close to a House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence investigation” had informed them that “the U.S. Intelligence Community, including the Central Intelligence Agency, illegally mobilized foreign intelligence agencies to target Trump advisors long before the summer of 2016.”
The scheme was allegedly directed by then-CIA Director John Brennan. The sources claimed that Brennan “asked the ‘Five Eyes’ intelligence alliance [the U.S., the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand] to surveil Trump’s associates and share the intelligence they acquired with US agencies.”
The sources said that Brennan had “identified 26 associates of former President Donald Trump for the Five Eyes to ‘bump,’” which means “to make contact with or manipulate.” These individuals, the authors wrote, became “targets for collection and misinformation.”
Moreover, details and raw intelligence related to this operation are contained in a 10-inch binder that Trump ordered to be declassified in the final days of his presidency, according to the sources. The whereabouts of this binder are unclear.
JAMES CARTER And JIM ELLIS: Is The Red Wave Finally Coming To The Senate In 2024?
The 2024 US Senate races are pivotal, particularly for Republicans. The Senate map forces Democrats to defend 23 in-cycle seats and Republicans only 11. Perhaps the biggest GOP advantage is having so few seats to defend. Within their subset of 11 in-cycle races, one can reasonably argue that only one, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz defending his seat, is even moderately competitive.
Such an electoral matrix is a major plus for the Republicans, especially when the Senate majority is well within their grasp. With a 51-49 Democratic chamber edge, Republicans not only need to at least reach 50, or 51 to defend against the possibility of a Biden reelection, but they realistically must move well beyond 51 to protect themselves against favorable Democratic maps in 2026 and 2028.
Aside from the six obvious targets in Michigan, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and the wild card race in Arizona featuring Independent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, where could the Republicans put other states in play? There are three such potential options coming to the forefront: Minnesota, New Mexico, and now Maryland.
Winning all of these states is highly unlikely. The Republicans winning one or even two, however, may not exceed the realm of possibility.
Biden has lost Arab American voters. So what’s the point of ‘uncommitted’?
If you believe that an American president has the blood of children who look like yours on his hands, how could you vote for him?
Organized by Arab American political activists, the group Listen to Michigan is asking voters who object to President Joe Biden’s handling of the Israel-Hamas war — who view Biden as culpable in the deaths of nearly 30,000 people in Gaza, according to the territory’s health ministry — to choose “uncommitted” on the Feb. 27 Democratic presidential primary ballot.
Among Arab American voters I’ve talked to, there’s pain and betrayal, white-hot rage, and a powerful aversion to casting a ballot for Biden, even if that hastens a second Donald Trump presidency, even though no one I talked to believes that would be better for Arab Americans, or for Gaza.
And that’s the problem with the vote uncommitted strategy. If it works, it’s a demonstration of electoral power. But what happens next?

Justice Department can’t ignore Bobulinski
If the Justice Department does not open an investigation into President Joe Biden‘s involvement in Hunter Biden’s foreign business, Congress should investigate and hold it accountable.
The Biden family’s former business associate, Tony Bobulinski, told Congress last week that no one in the DOJ, FBI, IRS, or local law enforcement followed up on an explosive interview he gave the FBI on Oct. 23, 2020. At that meeting, Bobulinski outlined serious allegations against the family and backed his accusations with significant corroborating evidence. Since then, Bobulinski’s credibility has been buttressed directly and indirectly by other witnesses and evidence. Still, the DOJ has acted as if he does not exist.
This is a scandal.
Bobulinski, a decorated Navy veteran with a high-level security clearance, is no political activist but, rather, a past donor to Democratic campaigns. Hunter and his uncle James enlisted Bobulinski as CEO of a joint investment venture they and two associates put together with CEFC, a huge Chinese conglomerate tied to the Chinese government. Bobulinski says he was told Joe Biden was a silent partner in the deal when he was vice president in 2015. He also says he discussed these business dealings with the man who is now president on “multiple occasions” in 2017. The Chinese agreed to provide the entire $10 million for the venture, half for its ownership stake and half as a forgivable “loan” to the Bidens. In effect, the Bidens got a $5 million share of a company despite putting up no money.
In sum, Bobulinski testified, “Joe Biden’s immediate family members were enriched to the tune of tens of millions of dollars from some of our most dangerous adversaries, including the Chinese Communist Party and players from Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan and other foreign nations and entities.” He believes these dealings involved “possible violations by Joe Biden of the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA), Anti-Corruption and Public Integrity statutes, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).”
Greg Abbott: Texas has the constitutional right to defend itself from invasion
One of the most crucial rights granted in the U.S. Constitution is a state’s ability to secure its own border.
James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution,” emphasized that Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 would allow Virginia’s state militia “to be called forth to suppress smugglers” who had endangered their state.
Those smugglers were bringing contraband into the state and threatened the sovereignty of Virginia’s borders. Madison knew that states must have the means to defend themselves.
John Marshall reinforced this right held by states. He too was an important advocate for ratifying the Constitution, and later a Chief Justice on the Supreme Court.
Marshall explained that Article I, Section 10, Clause 3 “clearly proves that the states can use the militia when they find it necessary,” to respond to an invasion or imminent danger.
Today, Texas faces a similar but starker threat than Virginia’s smugglers, with Mexican drug cartels that operate as paramilitary forces on our border.
‘A Win For Freedom’: Jim Jordan Gloats After Banks Deal Blow To Biden Climate Agenda
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) cheered the decision by some of America’s and the world’s biggest financial institutions to abandon a $68 trillion climate alliance that was founded by the United Nations and backed by the Biden administration.
In a surprising turn of events on Thursday, JPMorgan Chase, the world’s largest bank, and State Street Global Advisors, an institutional investor overseeing $3.5 trillion in assets, announced their withdrawal from the Climate Action 100+ investor group. Also, BlackRock, which is managing over $10 trillion in assets, significantly reduced its participation in the alliance, Fox News reported exclusively.
“This is great news because you’re supposed to make investment decisions based on just good common business sense, your fiduciary responsibility to your investors, not based on left-wing woke politics,” Jordan told Fox News Digital. “So, yeah, this is a win for America, a win for the economy, a win for Americans and investors and, more importantly, it’s a win for freedom.”
“The folks who are involved in these banks are smart people, successful people. They’ve done well. I think deep down they know decisions should be based on the market, on principles of capitalism, not on politics,” he added.
Record 5,363 NYPD cops injured on job in 2023 — with over 1,200 hurt in struggles with suspects in last 3 months

A total of 1,286 NYPD officers were injured in battles with suspects over the last quarter of 2023, bringing the final annual tally to a record 5,363 injured cops, department data show.
The 40th Precinct in Mott Haven, the Bronx, was the most dangerous battleground, where 135 cops were injured during struggles with lawbreakers, the stats show.
Next, with 129 injuries, was the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn, which covers East New York and Cypress Hills.
The 46th Precinct (128), 44th Precinct (126) and 47th Precinct (117), all in the Bronx, rounded out the Top 5 most dangerous areas for the city’s Finest.
“No real surprises here – all very busy commands where perps are emboldened to fight,” observed one law enforcement source.
Radical protests, an influx of criminal migrants, bail reform, anti-cop rhetoric and soft-on-crime prosecutors is the brew that fuels the dangerous and disturbing trend, experts told The Post.
Police Benevolent Association President Patrick Hendry called the assaults on NYPD cops a “full-blown epidemic.” He added: “Even the simplest summonses are turning into all-out brawls. Our justice system needs to send a clear message, once and for all — is you assault a police officer, you will stay in jail.”
