60 Plus Association hosted a Social Security forum at the National Press Club on Monday, August 15th to celebrate the 76th birthday of the program which has lifted many seniors above the poverty level. Panel speakers included Dr. Jared Bernstein and Dr. Douglas Holtz-Eakin.
