“If we don’t help Ukraine further, we should all start learning Russian.”

“One of the great mistakes is to judge policies and programs by their intentions rather than their results.”

“The essential notion of a capitalist society is voluntary cooperation, voluntary exchange. The essential notion of a socialist society is force.”
– Milton Friedman
“The Founders knew that a democracy would lead to some kind of tyranny. The term democracy appears in none of our Founding documents. Their vision for us was a Republic and limited government.”
– Walter E. Williams
“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing; when bad men combine, the good must associate, else they will fall one by one.“
– Edmund Burke
“I LIKE OUR CHANCES IN THE MIDTERMS but let me put in perspective only three times in the last hundred years has the incumbent party been successful winning a midterm. We’re facing almost certain defeat. The only person who can bring the nose up and help us win is the President of the United States Donald J. Trump.“
– RNC Chairman Joe Gruters
The Obamacare Fiasco: The Democrats jammed through Obamacare on a purely partisan vote, with every Democrat voting for it and every Republican opposing it because Pelosi said legislators and America could only find out what was in the bill after it passed!
Well, America found out all right… and we are ALL paying for it.
Obamacare was little more than a Trojan Horse to move the country towards a single-payer system of socialized medicine, which is sure to fail.
Obamacare bought off the biggest insurance companies with mass subsidies while stifling, if not almost destroying, the competitive insurance marketplace.
Now America has a problem because of the Democrats!
The Democrats’ solution… more of the same. Just extend the Obamacare subsidies to insurance companies and kick the can down the road… again. Remember, it was the Democrats who passed this bill that has expired.. it was part of their plan.
The Republicans are offering a better option… one that will benefit EVERY American versus the few. They want these government subsidies sent to citizens, taxpayers, and yes, families, to make their own decisions as to what kind of insurance they need.
The Democrats’ approach to socializing medical care by moving to a single payer system would be a disaster. Rationing, wait lists, and more government control of healthcare is NOT the answer.
Pay attention, don’t be fooled. There are viable market-driven, patient-centric care options.
Accountability is NOT Revenge: It’s frustrating to listen to partisan Democrats and Trump haters make the case that all these investigations and possible indictments are a form of revenge.
That’s wrong.
Partisan Democrats who hate President Trump were willing to weaponize different agencies within both the federal and state government.
That should NEVER happen… and should never even be contemplated by either party/partisan.
In order to guarantee that justice remains blind and government isn’t abused for personal or political gain – accountability, transparency, and justice must be had.
Ukraine Deserves Peace & Freedom: After the fall of the Soviet Union, led by the United States… Ukraine, the United States, Russia, and other European countries signed the Budapest Memorandum in order to secure the third largest nuclear arsenal in the world.
We, the United States and others, agreed to guarantee Ukraine’s borders and sovereignty in exchange for them giving up their nuclear weapons… not to mention worth TRILLIONS of dollars.
A fair, smart, and trusting agreement.
The United States should keep its word.

This Week: President Trump hits the road touting the economy, Walz in trouble with fraud scheme, and Democrats are facing a Party revolt!
Gingrich: ‘Republicans are in real trouble’ if economy doesn’t ‘recover’

Former Speaker Newt Gingrich (R-Ga.) said Thursday that the GOP is “in real trouble” if the economy does not “recover.”
“Look, I think it’s pretty straightforward. If the economy recovers, as you and I think it will, Republicans will keep the House and increase their margin in the Senate,” Gingrich told Fox Business Network’s Larry Kudlow on “Kudlow.”
“If the economy does not recover, Republicans are in real trouble, and I think the president’s goal has to be to continue to cut spending, to continue to cut regulations, to allow the one big, beautiful bill to go into effect January 1 and to continue, around the world, marketing investment in the U.S. and purchase of American goods,” he added.
Republicans lawmakers’ concerns have been recently piqued over signals next year’s midterm elections might be a landslide against the GOP that could result in them losing control of the House and having their Senate majority shrink.
Senate Republicans previously said the off-year elections in New Jersey, Virginia and other American regions in early November were a wake-up call and advised that President Trump and GOP congressional leaders had to confront worries over the slowing economy and high costs.
Rep. Tom Emmer: ‘Nothing Wrong’ with Trump Saying He Wants Liars, Cheaters Who Have Stolen From Minnesotans Out of the Country

There is “nothing wrong” with saying liars, cheaters, and those who have stolen from Minnesota taxpayers should be out of the country, Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily, defending President Donald Trump taking aim at Somalis in Minnesota.
“I think Donald Trump was actually identifying the Somalis that are committing all the crimes,” Emmer, the House Majority Whip, said, reacting to President Donald Trump’s remarks.
“I think he has identified them in a certain way, but there is nothing wrong with saying people who have lied, cheated, and stolen from Minnesota taxpayers, from the American people, not only to get in this country, but once they’re in this country, I don’t have any problem with what the President is saying,” he said.
“By the way, those are his words. I would tell you this. I would tell you that not all Somalis that I have run into in Minnesota are criminals. It just so happens that about 90 percent of the people who have been charged with the crimes that we’re talking about are from the Somali community,” Emmer pointed out, adding that he is actually grateful that Trump has made this a national issue.
Inside Trump’s small national security team

Trump calls this close coterie on a whim, meetings occur on an ad hoc basis and decisions are made fast, a White House official said.
President Donald Trump has entrusted only a handful of his closest advisers to tackle his most important foreign policy priorities from Russia to the Middle East. Even as their portfolio expands – now including a possible strike on Venezuela – the group remains small.
It’s a mark of the president’s unyielding belief in his inner circle made up of old friends, family and confidants, and underscores his deep distrust of the broader national security and State Department apparatus that has served as the backbone of foreign relations for decades.
The unusually small group includes Trump’s long-time real estate friend Steve Witkoff, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and chief of staff Susie Wiles.
18,000 confirmed and suspected terrorists entered U.S. under Biden

The government has identified 18,000 known or suspected terrorists who reached the U.S. during the Biden administration, senior officials told Congress on Thursday.
Joe Kent, director of the National Counterterrorism Center, said they represent a “persistent” threat inside the country.
“The No. 1 threat that we have right now in my view is the fact that we don’t know who came into our country in the last four years of Biden’s open borders,” Mr. Kent told the House Homeland Security Committee as part of a hearing on worldwide threats.
He said the 18,000 are just the ones his agency has been able to identify so far. He suggested that others could be lurking, particularly those who sneaked across the border.
Known or suspected terrorists, or KSTs as they are called in Washington-speak, are those whom the government has linked either directly to terrorist activities or deemed associates of those who are terrorists.
Mr. Kent said they would have been blocked under normal immigration procedures.
“Yet the Biden administration not only let them into the country and in many cases facilitated their entry,” he said.
Top global arms producers’ revenues surge as major wars rage: SIPRI report

From Israel to Elon Musk’s SpaceX and other giant companies in the US and Europe, arms producers had a profitable 2024.
Revenues from sales of weapons and military services by the 100 largest global arms-producing companies reached a record $679bn in 2024, according to new data released by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI).
The Gaza and Ukraine wars, as well as global and regional geopolitical tensions and ever-higher military expenditures, increased revenues generated by the companies from sales of military goods and services to customers domestic and abroad by 5.9 percent compared to the year before, the organisation said in a report published on Monday.
The bulk of the global rise was attributed to companies based in Europe and the United States, but there were year-on-year increases in all regions except for Asia and Oceania, where issues within the Chinese arms industry drove down the regional total.
Russia’s State Duma has passed in its first reading a draft law clearly aimed at speeding up the appropriation of huge amounts of private property in occupied parts of Donetsk, Luhansk; Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts. Once in force, the bill will not only formalize the aggressor state’s already rampant seizure of property claimed to be ownerless but will also significantly reduce the amount of time Ukrainians have to establish their right to their own property.
Duma readings and votes are a mere formality, and there is every reason to assume that the bill adopted in its first reading on 19 November 2025 will shortly become law. News of Donbas explains why the new bill will have a catastrophic effect for Ukrainians hoping to establish their property rights. On 14 March 2025, Russian leader Vladimir Putin issued a decree ordering the creation of ‘special regional commissions’ to take applications from Ukrainians for ‘permission’ to register their own property. Once an owner, not living on occupied territory, receives such permission, they can formalize power of attorney at a Russian consulate for a person to go to occupied territory to register the property.

A new bill will hugely increase the number of properties Russia can claim to be ‘ownerless’ and illegally appropriate
Letter to the editor: Constituent emails are democracy’s lifeblood

For many Americans, emailing a state legislator is the best way to make their voice heard. What happens when those messages never reach the people they elected to represent them?
Wyoming offered a stark example this fall. As Cowboy State Daily reported, conservative group Honor Wyoming claimed the Legislature was blocking thousands of advocacy-driven emails, raising questions about whose voices are actually getting through.
Ultimately, lawmakers rejected a bill that would have required staff to track messages.
Across states, laws regarding constituent communication vary. In Connecticut, analysts in the Office of Legislative Research concluded that the legislative branch may legally delete emails, saying that retention laws apply only to the executive branch and political subdivisions. In Washington state, the House reinstated a 30-day auto-delete policy.
Supporters of deletion argue that storing every message would overwhelm understaffed offices and risk exposing sensitive details, but deletion carries democratic costs, especially as artificial intelligence adds new complexities. A Cornell study found that lawmakers often can’t distinguish real messages from AI-generated ones, prompting concerns even as AI helps citizens communicate their views more clearly.
