New 60 Plus Ad Targets Kirkpatrick and Sinema on Health Care Reform, Taxes and Spending

ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The 60 Plus Association, nationally recognized as the conservative alternative to the liberal AARP, today launched a new television ad campaign that targets Ann Kirkpatrick and Kyrsten Sinema on health care reform, taxes and spending.  The ad, which is backed by a $340,000 ad buy, will begin running in Arizona’s 1st and 9th Congressional Districts on October 19.

“Ann Kirkpatrick and Kyrsten Sinema’s extreme, big-spending agendas put Washington’s interests ahead of Arizona’s,” said Jim Martin, Chairman and Founder of 60 Plus.  “Kirkpatrick and Sinema have been puppets of the most extreme faction of their party, supporting higher taxes, more spending and a $716 billion cut to Medicare.  We need legislators who will stand up for Arizona seniors, not Nancy Pelosi’s liberal agenda.”

What do Ann Kirkpatrick and Kyrsten Sinema have in common?

Both support higher taxes and spending.

Kirkpatrick voted for Pelosi’s liberal agenda nearly 90 percent of the time while Sinema is so far left she supported Ralph Nader for President.

And while Kirkpatrick voted to take $700 billion from Medicare, Sinema thought Obama’s law didn’t go far enough.

Kirkpatrick and Sinema:  Wrong on health care.  Too extreme for Arizona.
