Putin is a War Criminal – The Russians Are Still the Bad Guys

Thinking is a difficult art; therefore most people prefer to pass judgments.

– Carl Jung

He who blames others has a long way to go on his journey. He who blames himself is halfway there. He who blames no one has arrived.

– Chinese Proverb

Ours may become the first civilization destroyed, not by the power of our enemies, but by the ignorance of our teachers and the dangerous nonsense they are teaching our children. In an age of artificial intelligence, they are creating artificial stupidity.

– Thomas Sowell

The battle for freedom must be won over and over again. The socialists in all parties to whom Hayek dedicated *The Road to Serfdom* must once again be persuaded or defeated if they and we are to remain free men.

– Milton Friedman

If we allow Russia to succeed in Ukraine, no country is safe…What happens in Ukraine will shape Europe for generations.

– Kaja Kallas, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs

If peace is to be achieved, support for Ukraine must continue. Peace cannot be achieved by capitulation – it is achieved by continuing to support Ukraine, allowing it to defend itself.

– Giorgia Meloni, Prime minister of Italy

Putin was, is, and will always remain a KGB agent.

– U.S. Senator Roger Wicker, Chairman of the Armed Services Committee

We’re going to revoke the citizenship of any naturalized immigrant from Somalia or anywhere else who is convicted of defrauding our citizens.

– President Donald J. Trump

We have to defend that culture and rediscover the spirit that lifted the West from the depths of the Dark Ages to the pinnacle of human achievement.

– President Donald J. Trump at the World Economic Forum

365 Days of Wins: President Trump released a list of “wins” accomplished in his first 365 days in office. It’s a pretty impressive list.

From negative net migration for the first time in 50 years to the largest homicide drop on record, trillions in reshored investments, peace deals ending multiple wars, record energy production, and massive bureaucracy cuts, President Trump has put America First!

New York City now Virginia, go California: First the Democrats elected a socialist as mayor of New York City. Now Democrats elected another progressive candidate for governor. Both claiming they were/are not as “bad” as Republicans were/are making them out to be.

California is their model… a disaster on almost every front.

So on the first few days of Virginia’s Governor Abigail Spanberger days in office, the Democrats have introduced legislation to raise taxes to California levels. Ban white men from government contracts. Use surveillance tech cameras to issue tickets. Internet voting. Gun bans. No hand recounts of elections. Free education for illegal immigrants. Lower criminal penalties for robberies. Remove mandatory minimum sentences. Raise electricity prices. This is all in week one!!!

New York City, Virginia, and California “should” show America what happens when you vote for liberal Democrats… not to mention Minnesota. They claim they are NOT progressive, former military and CIA… well that doesn’t mean what it used to mean.

I really hope voters and main street Americans are paying attention?!?

There are NO moderate Democrats.

This is NOT my father’s Democrat party!

Iran: The people of Iran deserve our support. A democratic Iran will change the world.

The current Iranian despots are the primary funders of terrorism around the world. They are allied with Russia, China, and North Korea to help stir up trouble for the “West.”

The Iranian people want freedom. They are risking their lives for the dream of liberty.

We should do what we can to be helpful where we can.

NATO and the European Union: Let’s not forget, NATO and the EU are our friends and our allies.

We have challenges and disagreements, but much of our Judeo-Christian heritage is based on a shared history, a shared culture, and a shared lineage.

NATO is the strongest alliance in history. It’s working, but our allied members need to pay their fair share. We’re getting there, but MUCH more needs to be done.

Free Speech is being challenged. What’s happening in the U.K. and the E.U.’s moves to “regulate speech” are dangerous. I think a re-read of some George Orwell would be very helpful.

Europe’s experiment with multiculturalism is proving to be disastrous. There are those who do NOT want to assimilate, respect the rule of law, let alone co-exist with tradition and religious tolerance for ALL. They are going to have some big challenges on this front, as will we in the U.S.

For all the warts, frustrations, challenges, and disagreements… we are still friends and family sharing a history that should not be cavalierly dismissed.

The world is a safer and better place when the United States and its European friends work together.

Let’s not allow this friendship to fall apart.

Putin Is a War Criminal: He continues to terrorize his neighbors. Putin’s Russia bombs civilian targets with the intention of terrorizing its citizens.

The Russians have attacked EVERY single residential power plant in Ukraine… attempting to freeze Ukrainians into submission. These are not military targets, but residential, electrical, and heat facilities. A war crime.

Putin needs this war to hide his disastrous domestic policy.

Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons when it signed the Budapest Agreement with the U.S., Russia, and other European nations in exchange for guaranteeing their borders and sovereignty.

Everyone has held up their side of the deal EXCEPT Russia.

They lied, they attacked, they killed, and they continue to ignore international law and norms.

Russia needs to STOP their campaign of international terrorism.

Democrats Encourage Violence: Democrats and their left-wing progressive allies are dangerously encouraging violent “demonstrations” and protests against law enforcement.

This is ALL about their hate for President Trump.

When Presidents Clinton and Obama engaged in similar activities… it was OK?!?

President Biden flooded our country with TENS of MILLIONS of illegal immigrants who have no interest in being part of this great American experiment, abiding by our laws, or becoming part of the melting pot that has made our country great.

Instead, we have lawlessness, fraud, illegal voting, and a complete disregard for the rule of law and taxpayers.

The Democrats’ policies are so bad that their only political option is to “hate Trump” and cause chaos in our neighborhoods to scare people and motivate their voters… legal or illegal.

I hope America is paying attention. Unfortunately, I now believe the greater enemy is within, and we better start paying attention and voting like our liberty depends on it!

Fraud: There are LOTS of people in this country stealing taxpayer dollars… your tax dollars.

We must not tolerate the fraud that is taking place at so many levels of government and with NGOs who are empowering so much of the fraud.

We are taxing and borrowing to fund this unbelievable fraud machine. Before we raise any more taxes or borrow more money that our grandchildren will get stuck with… get to the bottom of this!!!

Follow the money… and throw folks in jail. This is outrageous.

One Year Since Taking Office, Trump Is Decimating Failed DC Status Quo

Just one year ago, on the eve of President Donald Trump’s historic return to the White House, the failed status quo in Washington was taking its toll on America. Outgoing President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, the most destructive political duo in history, turned out not only to be incompetent, but also hopelessly weak and in the pocket of left-wing anti-American special interests. Everywhere you looked, the Biden-Harris Administration was either allowing major problems to fester or creating new crises by design. They opened the border, ignored the drug epidemic, exploded federal spending, embraced wokeism and cancel culture, and damaged America’s prestige around the globe.

At seemingly every fork in the road, the Biden crew chose the wrong direction for the American people. Joe Biden – perhaps unknowingly – pushed us toward socialism, globalism, and anything else that defied common sense. In the lead up to Donald Trump’s second inauguration, America was hurting – and there was no sugarcoating it. Our beloved country desperately needed a change agent in the Oval Office after four years of malaise, and Trump filled the void with flying colors once again, just as he did in 2016 to spare us from a third Barack Obama term in the form of Hillary Clinton.

Because of Trump’s heroics in 2024, the broken status quo in D.C. has been under assault for the past year like never before due to an avalanche of common sense and an agenda that always puts America first. First and foremost, at our southern border, Biden took a bad situation and poured gasoline on it. Upon taking office, Trump immediately took control of the unsustainable situation and closed the border with the sense of urgency required.

House jams Senate by attaching repeal of Jack Smith provision to $1.2T funding package

The House voted unanimously to block Republican senators from being able to sue the federal government for $500,000

The House of Representatives is moving to jam the Senate by attaching a repeal of the upper chamber’s Arctic Frost repayment measure to a funding bill that’s key to averting a partial government shutdown.

A Senate GOP-led measure allowing Republicans in the upper chamber to sue the federal government for up to $500,000 if their phone records were seized by ex-special counsel Jack Smith is still causing heartburn in the House.

House lawmakers voted unanimously Thursday to roll back that measure, as an amendment to a $1.2 trillion federal funding package that’s expected to get a vote later in the day.

If the funding package is passed, the Senate will be forced to consider the repeal along with the larger spending bill or else amend it and risk running the clock down on Congress’ Jan. 30 government shutdown deadline.

A Human Wave of Hope: The Iranian People Demand Freedom

Appeasement has failed Iran before; liberty will come not from Western neutrality or foreign bombs, but from standing with Iranians as they force the regime’s implosion.

The lessons of history regarding the barbarous Iranian regime have been ignored for too long by the West. As was noted on the floor of the U.S. House by a representative long opposed to the reign of terror of these murderous mullahs:

“Mr. Speaker, from the hellish streets where Iranians demand freedom, voices arise to pray for deliverance and liberty; but, elsewhere, safely ensconced in freedom, others argue for appeasement and ‘neutrality.’ We must choose wisely between these competing voices and visions, lest we betray our allegiance to liberty.

“Some voices allege America’s support of Iranian democracy demonstrators harms their cause, strengthens the regime, increases the repression, and, once the freedom seekers are slaughtered, precludes ‘good’ relations with the murderous mullahs. Their siren song is wrong.”

After enumerating all the measures and encouraging they be linked into a singular policy, the Representative concluded:

After enumerating and encouraging to be linked into a singular policy, all the measures short of kinetic military intervention at the United States’ disposal to support the Iranian people and depose the regime, the representative concluded:

FBI Arrests Left-Wing Activist Who Led Mob of Protesters into Minnesota Church

Federal authorities have arrested the woman who led an anti-ICE mob into a Minnesota church last week.

Nekima Levy Armstrong is facing charges related to violating the FACE Act, which prohibits interfering with the exercise of religion at a place of worship.

“Minutes ago at my direction, HSI and FBI agents executed an arrest in Minnesota. So far, we have arrested Nekima Levy Armstrong, who allegedly played a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota,” Attorney General Pam Bondi wrote in a post on X.

“We will share more updates as they become available. Listen loud and clear: WE DO NOT TOLERATE ATTACKS ON PLACES OF WORSHIP,” she added.

Obama’s Third World Fraud Ring

From Humanitarian Cover to Cash Pipeline: the Obama-era System Behind SomaliFraud

Barack Obama didn’t personally type up a fake invoice. He didn’t personally invent “meals served” that never existed. He didn’t personally staff every nonprofit with grifters and cousins and “community leaders” who magically become grant administrators the second the check clears. But if you’re asking the more important question: who built the architecture that made this kind of fraud scalable, repeatable, and almost impossible to unwind once it metastasized? The answer, predictably, keeps coming back to Obama.

Because that’s when the United States took a pre-existing refugee model and turbocharged it. That’s when Washington leaned even harder into outsourcing core government functions to “partners.” That’s when the federal government turned the Office of Refugee Resettlement into a high-volume grant-and-contract distribution hub, and treated “how many bodies moved” as a success metric while treating oversight as a paperwork nuisance. By the time the system was fully built out, the fraud didn’t need a mastermind. It needed a template. And the template was already sitting there, paid for, staffed up, and politically protected.

Fast-forward to now. The Treasury Department is publicly describing an “unprecedented Somali organized crime scheme” in Minnesota—so severe it triggered federal financial countermeasures and warnings to financial institutions about fraud tied to federally funded benefit streams. That’s not a blogger’s fever dream. That’s Treasury, in writing, talking about organized fraud connected to taxpayer-funded programs.

So what happened in between? The short version: a humanitarian relief framework was converted into an incentives machine. The long version is the story the political class doesn’t want told, because too many powerful people—bureaucrats, contractors, NGOs, corporate “partners,” and the politicians who launder policy through them—benefited from the pipeline.

Pro-Russian Narratives Target Wikipedia, Marking a Dangerous Trend for AI Chatbot Data

Concerns are rising in Estonia over recent alterations to Wikipedia pages that some believe may be part of a Russian influence operation. The issue has raised concerns about the potential for Wikipedia to be used as a tool in influence campaigns, especially as information from the platform is used to train AI models, including chatbots like ChatGPT, which could inadvertently perpetuate ideological biases, Le Monde reported on January 22.

These changes, particularly to the birthplaces of notable Estonian figures, suggest a push to reframe history by associating Estonia more closely with the Soviet Union.

According to Estonian journalist Ronald Liive, over 600 profiles of figures born between 1940 and 1991, including Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, have been edited on the English Wikipedia. These individuals, previously listed as being born in Estonia, were instead listed as being born in the “Estonian Soviet Socialist Republic.”

The edits, which started with Kallas’s profile, were made by a user operating under the pseudonym “Gigman,” who spent long hours in December 2025 altering these biographies, Le Monde wrote.

House Committee Finds Bill and Hillary Clinton in Contempt

What goes around comes around.

For months, former President Bill Clinton and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, have played dilatory games with the Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee that was deadly serious about forcing them to testify in its inquiry into the Jeffrey Epstein sex-trafficking scandal. On Wednesday, the Committee voted to hold them in contempt of Congress.

There was significant Democratic support for citing both Clintons. Democrats are preparing to go scorched-earth against President Trump and his subordinates the moment they regain control of a congressional chamber; they were not, out of whatever sentimental attachment to the Clintons they may still have, going …

House Republicans revive push to impeach ‘activist’ judges after Johnson’s green light

Rep. Brandon Gill’s impeachment resolution against Judge Boasberg gained 2 new GOP supporters

House conservatives are reviving various pushes to impeach judges accused of blocking President Donald Trump’s agenda after Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., gave his tacit approval earlier this week.

“I just spoke to him on the House floor, and he’s still in support, so we’re going to push to move forward on at least one,” Rep. Andy Ogles, R-Tenn., told Fox News Digital in the early evening on Thursday.

Ogles was among the conservative Trump allies who led the push to impeach judges last year as the administration engaged in legal battles with federal courts across the country over various rulings.

He previously introduced impeachment articles against U.S. District Judge John Bates for blocking a Trump executive order targeting transgender recognition under federal law, as well as District Judge Theodore Chuang after his ruling to stop a crackdown on foreign aid by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

Glenn Youngkin is the Republican to watch if Vance and MAGA falter

In the Trump era, every day brings a theater-of-the-absurd mini-drama. Monday’s headline, “Trump links Greenland threats to missing out on Nobel Prize,” looked like an AI spoof, but it wasn’t.

President Trump’s foreign policy is based on whether the actions of allies or enemies are personally pleasing or displeasing to him. And he acts like a conquering king but then backs down. Meanwhile, there is widespread agreement that undoing or weakening the 80-year post-World War II NATO alliance would be a gift to Russia.

What a week of absurdity it was! On Tuesday, Trump posted an AI-generated map on Truth Social, set in the Oval Office and surrounded by European leaders. The map showed the U.S., Canada, Greenland and Venezuela covered in America’s stars and stripes, as if they were one nation. Trump is visually flaunting his desire to expand U.S. territory, with a “dare to stop me” attitude.

Call it “diplomacy for narcissists.” Federal Republican officeholders and candidates on the November ballot must either support or disavow this new American aggression, which also applies domestically. For a vast swath of Americans, the November midterms and the 2028 presidential election can’t come soon enough.

Now, entering from stage right is Virginia’s newly minted former governor, Glenn Youngkin. You may not know his name, but expect to hear and see more of him.
